“My first visit to Denver was truly beautiful, and my stay at the Hyatt Regency at Colorado Convention Center was, overall, very satisfying. From check-in to the hotel’s convenient and safe location, everything met my expectations, and I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues. However, on the day of my checkout, I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks café located inside the hotel. I ordered an iced latte before heading to the airport, but was given a hot one……

“Very pretty property. Rooms were comfortable and nice-looking. Small old bathtubs. Beautiful bar with scenic terrace. Nice new valet service. Service in the hotel was mostly nice/cordial, but didn’t go even slightly out of their way to get information or problem-solve for a large group of business guests who were staying there but attending a conference at the Broadmoor a couple miles away. Also, the biggest reason I score them only 3 is that the hotel forgot to tell me at checkin that they……

“The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our room and the pool area was clean. Overall a very nice stay but the elevators and the common areas of our floor were not clean. The elevator floors have not been mopped in some time, the doors, hand rails and buttons were not clean. I put my hand on something sticky in the elevator and they smell like urine. Food trash left in the common areas stayed on the floor for days. ”

“The only issue I had with the property was the AC in the rooms. It was quite warm. The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the air conditioning in the rooms; despite setting the thermostat to its lowest temperature, it remained a bit too warm for my comfort. However, this small inconvenience pales in comparison to the hotel’s many wonderful qualities. The experience is truly fantastic, and having stayed there several times, I can confidently say I will continue to return again……
