“Was very nice place except the air dont work.... They charge 2 times the amount that u have to pay and second when u call them they are very rude and money hungry WILL NWVER GO BACK AND ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO GO TUERE THEY WAIT A WEEK TO CLEAN AN EMPTY ROOM.. “The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our room and the pool area was clean. Overall a very nice stay but the elevators and the common areas of our floor were not clean. The elevator floors have not been mopped in some time, the doors, hand rails and buttons were not clean. I put my hand on something sticky in the elevator and they smell like urine. Food trash left in the common areas stayed on the floor for days. ”

“Very pretty property. Rooms were comfortable and nice-looking. Small old bathtubs. Beautiful bar with scenic terrace. Nice new valet service. Service in the hotel was mostly nice/cordial, but didn’t go even slightly out of their way to get information or problem-solve for a large group of business guests who were staying there but attending a conference at the Broadmoor a couple miles away. “This property was delightful! I’ll start with the potential for improvement. The property is old, so it looks and feels outdated. Additionally, the massive indoor/outdoor pool causing the indoor common space to be very humid. Aside from that however, this place is wonderful! We booked the Hot Tub Suite and were so pleased with the space of the room! The massive jetted tub was pure bliss and a joy for our toddler.
