“The staff was amazing. The rules were clean. The cleaning staff was great! When I asked for towels or anything, they were able to respond immediately. The cleaning staff, unlike most hotels or friendly whether they spoke English or not they smiled and said good morning.. My only issue with the hotel, which has nothing to do with the staff is that only one washer and one dryer were operable, and one of the main elevators was in operable, so everyone had to take the same elevator. “It was a wonderful experience for us. It is so beautiful at Terry Peak Lodge and there is lots of amenities in the rooms. Coffee Pot, dishes, stove, electric fireplace. What a nice room.”
