“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. “Room was quite outdated. Hotel does not make it aware to guests that there are scheduled cleaning time for the pool area. This should be posted for people to be aware. Twice we went in for 5 minutes, then had to get out for cleaning. We happened to go on a night where there was a storm passing by, and employees yelled for everyone to get out of the pool and immediately head to the change rooms with no further explanation for why for the people inside the pool area. ”
