“We drove 29 hours from our home in East Texas to get the full Maine experience for our eldest son’s high school graduation trip. This home was EXACTLY what we were hoping for!!! We wanted to be able to hike Acadia National Park but also be away from the craziness of the city life. This home is nestled in the middle of nowhere with a beautiful ocean view and a backyard fire pit that you can sit around and listen to nature and hang out with family. We had zero issues finding the home and……

“Plenty of room for all of us to have some alone time, although we spent most of the time relaxing on the deck taking in the beautiful panoramic views. This is a sunny spot, and the weather was perfect all week! It could use another umbrella for shade because the deck is full sun most of the day, but we sat at a picnic table on the shady side of the house to get some reprieval. Charlie delivered lobsters every other day, and at $5/lb we certainly over indulged! The house is older, and has a ton……

“This propeety was everything we expected and more. A large kitchen stocked with everything a cook would want. A farmer's porch to sit on and have your coffee while watching the lobster boats go in and out of the bay. The home is located on a sparsely populated peninsula perfect for de-stressing. Lots of hiking, waterfront exploring, wildlife and of course fresh seafood!”
