“This is under new ownership/management. They are working hard to upgrade. I stayed 2 nights. There are a few people who are temporarily staying long term, but it’s quiet and friendly. Overall, the room was nice, with TV, refrigerator, no freezer, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer, and safe. The space where the toilet sits is a little tight. (Probably built in the 50’s, but very clean and well kept.) ”

“Stayed here for two nights for a college reunion with 2 other couples. This VRBO is exactly as described. Owners are very easy to work with and communicate quickly. The house is adorable - comfy couches and chairs, snuggly throw blankets, bright and clean. Lovely kitchen with a big island. We all thought the place was adorable and comfortable. Quiet street in a quiet neighborhood.”

“Plenty of room to all be together. The pool is giant and everything was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen, can’t wait to stay again and cook! ”

“This place was amazing.. very comfortable reasonable priced.. owner was very friendly and helpful with contacting her for questions. Prompt response.. highly recommend and if I get a chance again I would definitely stay again. ”

“The house was immaculate, lots of little helpful details as well, from a binder of information to items like toothpaste if you forgot your own, and snacks (which made my college student immensely happy). If anything was amiss, the property owner responded immediately. You can see Smith Hall from the porch so that was a huge plus! I wish check in was a bit earlier than 4 pm. We will definitely be back again. ”

“What a beautiful home! From arrival to departure, the host was quickly responsive to any questions we had and accommodated to last minute changes. The house was clean, vacuumed and smelt like flowers. All appliances were adequately working and air flow (along with perfect weather) saved us from rarely putting on the AC. Although, we were rarely there during the day, it was the perfect quiet place to come home to after a long festival day! 10/10 highly recommend!”

“We have 2 small dogs, so staying here (with dogs allowed, free) and staying in a hotel (with a required non-refundable deposit) makes it about the same price. We were in town for our grand daughter's OWU dance performance. The house was great! Cute! Very convenient to the school. We may be back!”
