“My family stayed here for my son’s wedding on the beach. It was just a few minutes from the wedding venue and walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room for catching up with family and taking time outs when we needed to!I will say that Pryia was probably the most responsive host I’ve ever had at a Vrbo location. She answered all my questions very quickly and worked with us to adjust arrival and departure times. Absolute pleasure to work with!”

“Loved how close it was to downtown St Augustine which is my favorite city. We normally stay at the beach but wanted something different for for 25 & 22 year old sons. They fished off shore and then we cooked the fish at the well stocked condo. Only downside was the pool was not heated and the first of March can be chilly in northern Florida. I would definitely return. ”

“We can't say enough great things about this home. The home is beautiful and nestled a short walk from St. Augustine's historic district. We were impressed with the lovely furnishings. There was plenty of space for our two families and 3 dogs. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We walked with the 4 kids to the historic district and back twice to shop and check out the lights. We stopped to get some hot cocoa and check out the jail along the way. We hope to stay there……

“This stay was definitely one to remember. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pile of trash right outside the property. Thankfully, the porch light wasn’t working, so we didn’t have to see it at night—problem solved!Inside, the bedding had a distinct musty smell, and we even found a few stains and some pet hair sprinkled across the furniture and in the air. It felt like the previous guests were still there in spirit!One of the bedroom windows didn’t close all the way, which added a refreshing……

“This property had a smell that took us serval washings to get out of our clothing. It permeated everything we took into the property. They have an obvious problem with moisture even the refrigerator was rusty from moisture. It just felt dirty as a consequence. This property is a great location which is why we booked it but we so regretted staying there. Bathroom/shower very nice and best part of the property however the towels were so thin and poor quality it took several just to get damp dry.……

“Booked and paid for a unit with two queen beds. Got one king. Spent two miserable nights on pullout couch adjacent to refrigerator whose ice machine groaned & rumbled into production every few hours. Bait and switch gone bad. Will not recommend to others.”
