“The house was perfect for my wife and I. It was in a good location and a short drive from the old part of town.”

“Wow! We were so fortunate to find this place! There were so many features to love about our stay. This condo (section of a larger house) is right across the bridge from the city of St. Augustine. We were close to the city, but not right in the hustle and bustle of the city. We were close to great restaurants, the lighthouse, putt putt, and Anastasia Island’s State Park. “Two couples spent a long weekend together and had a fantastic time. This house is conveniently located close to downtown and we also enjoy walking around the Linconville neighborhood. You can walk and you can also ride bikes to the state park and beach. The house was the best stocked house we ever rented which was very gracious of the homeowners. In addition, it was extremely clean. This house is definitely recommended. The best food was at the Raintree restaurant. ”

“Great location! Easy walk to George Street. The cottage was very clean, fairly large. Morning coffee overlooking the lake was quite nice. The key pad was not working but the lock box was available. We let the host know. Not that we had any other problems, but when I did have questions/comment, I just wish they could’ve answered a little quicker. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!”

“The property was very nice. Beautiful place and lots to do. Me and my family enjoyed the pond, the tennis courts and the basketball court. The living area was nice , clean and comfortable. Great vacation for me and my family.”

“I booked this property to evacuate hurricane Milton. I drove 3 1/2 hours to property and when I got there my code didn’t work. I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me. Check-in was at 3:00 pm and I got there at 2:00 and I never had anyone contact me…we were basically desperate for a place to stay ahead of the hurricane. We……

“This home is extremely charming and very well decorated. It was spacious and comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had for them. They really thought of everything. Even supplies of often forgotten items were provided in the bathroom like toothpaste etc. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Its just a short walk to the fort and St. George Street. We would definitely want to stay again. ”

“The beginning of the trip was enjoyed by my parents for their 44th wedding anniversary and then my family and I came to enjoy the last night all together and see the moon rise over the ocean and then the sun rise over the ocean. Besides the tile needing to be replaced (which they are doing) this cottage was clean and felt like a home away from home! Kimberly was communicative and friendly the entire time! “My family loved this house. It is only a couple minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, but it is far enough away from the action to get a good nights sleep. The house is very clean and looks newly renovated, but they thankfully kept the character of the original construction. Most rentals are bland like a hospital room. This house has a charm and warmness that feels much more like home. -lots of new clean towels-new washer/dryer with detergent -comfortable beds with solid pillows……

“This place is spitting distance from the fort. You can walk to downtown in minutes. About 1 mile from the fountain of youth. A short drive north or south to the beaches, grocery store. The house is at the end of a quiet street with off street parking. Views of the water, passing water craft and the Lions bridge. Clean and spacious kitchen. The full size washer and dryer are wonderful, quiet and easy access. John promptly answered any questions I had. The only drawback is the kitchen……
