“Situated a few minutes from historic downtown, this B&B is perfect for anyone who just wants to park the car for a few days! It's very convenient for walking around downtown, or if you don't want to walk, try the Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus. They even sell tickets for this at the B&B! Just ask! The staff are super helpful and friendly! We stayed in the Sapphire Room on the first floor, which we later found out was on the corner of two streets (Cordova and Cuna)! It was very noisy both nights……

“Front Desk staff was exceptional. Helpful, kind, informative, respectful, understanding, friendly… all the attributes you’d want in a professional. The room was nice and the location was perfect. Wake up and enjoy Saint Augustine from the moment you leave your room. ”

“Charming place, very quaint, clean and cozy. Love the 3 head showers!! The best shower after a hot day of being outside. Everything is so close within walking distance. Wish I could have stayed longer but we will be back. Thank you Mario!”

“Quick weekend trip to historic St Augustine to visit with my son who attends Flagler. B&B was in a perfect location within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was great and room as advertised. Parking was tight, but it was at least on site. ”

“I love the staff. They were fantastic and very helpful. A very clean and quiet bed and breakfast. It was very close to the shops and restaurants. I Will happily recommend to all I know. Hopefully will be back in the future.”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of refreshments and tourist information in the common area, both day and night. In a great location (close to museums & restaurants). Strong wi-fi in our room, and good TV streaming although the TV could have been larger. Water pressure in the shower was good. My only criticism is the shower was in a jacuzzi tub and a bit tricky to step in and out of. Also the floor of the shower was a little slippery so not ideal for older guests. Otherwise, a great stay!”

“This is a lovely inn close to downtown. There are shops an restaurants close by, as well as a nice park on the river. The room met expectations, staff was very welcoming, and breakfast was delicious! We would stay again if we are in the area. ”

“Exceptional ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Victorian House! The room and bathroom as well as the sitting area in our bedroom were pristine, bright and tastefully decorated. The staff was very courteous , helpful and went out of their way to make our trip super pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and very elegantly presented. The homemade cookies that were available throughout the day were absolutely decadent! It was fun to meet and chat with other guests while nibbling on simple but delicious appetizers……

“I absolutely love the Manor. Just a beautiful property and lovely people. The bed was amazing. The room has a refrig, a Kuerig, a microwave but no hair dryer. I also loved that there is a suitcase stand and a beautiful full length mirror. I hope I dont get in trouble for this. I could help myself. There was the most amazing orange growing on a tre just outside my bathroom window. I picked and ate it. Cant say ive ever picked fruit from a tree like that. It was a little over ripe but still……
