“Tina and her husband were wonderful hosts! The house is clean and in a quiet location. We enjoyed cooking with the grill on the deck and enjoying the view. During our stay in needed something that wasn’t readily available. They came out at night, in a rain storm to bring it to me! Truly went above and beyond the standard! We appreciate all the thought and care that was put into this home. Thank you all!”

“The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. “This place is absolutely amazing and what we all needed ! Even though it rained the entire time we enjoyed it just as well with card games and movies. This place is so peaceful !!! Nice nice cabin !!! ”

The home was absolutely lovely and there were little things that just made it so special and you can tell they took time and consideration for any guests staying there. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and a nice home, this is a perfect little getaway. ”

“We visited Heber Springs area with family and friends and stayed at this property for 4 days which we enjoyed a lot. Property is well designed and furnished with 2 separate living areas, large dining table and rooms to accommodate 8 guests. Heating worked well as we were in late November. Host had a lot of games and children books available which was great. Property is well situated within minutes drive to lake, groceries, fishing, tracking, marinas and beaches. We found the home well cleaned……
