“My family enjoyed our stay over spring break. The views in the morning and evening were wonderful and relaxing for the adults. There were so many things to keep the kiddos entertained. The house was clean and well cared for. We will definitely be back.”

“The lake house was absolutely wonderful! The property and lake were beautiful. It is quiet and away from everything. We were four adults and 7 teens (16-18yrs) that were there for a church youth retreat. The property met all our needs for quiet reflection as well as fun entertainment. The owner was wonderful with communication and was a fantastic host. Book now and enjoy a very relaxing getaway in a well equipped home.”

“We had 3 adults and 7 children from 1 1/2 to 11. We enjoyed the swing in the front yard. The trail to the beach and sitting and watching the kids play in the water. We hiked trails and saw waterfalls nearby. We visited the fish hatchery and spent the afternoon at the local beach. It was a great escape. The home is absolutely wonderful. Everything you need is provided and a sweet bottle of wine was waiting. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the water toys. ”

“This place has great sleeping for large families I love that there is extra sink in bedrooms. Our grand kids loved playing pool. Great movie selection. The driveway and parking was only difficulty but we made it works. The owner was very nice and let us have early check in.”

“Stayed for our daughter's graduation from UCA and it was a perfect relaxing spot away from the hustle and bustle of campus and Toad Suck Daze. Teen and young adults loved the game space in the garage! Kitchen and baths had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. It is aboout a 10-15 minute drive from city center.”

“Beautiful Fay Jones designed home in the wilderness of Eden Island just outside Heber Springs. Upon entry, you experience how the home is crafted with nature. Unique designs, awesome experience, and well kept property considering its delicacies. The master bed seemed new, but not king size as I thought advertiaed. Maybe just a quick listing update ;)Thanks for sharing this once in a lifetime masterpiece!”

“Nice sized home for large family. Plenty of space to spread out for quiet or come together for a meal. Kids in our group loved the lower level. Short walk to the lake. Understandably a well-used home that needs a few minor repairs, but we would book again.”

“We chose this property because my daughter was getting married close to this property, so glad we chose it. It worked out perfectly. Had everything we needed and moore. We all were entertained by the driveway coming down to the property. It is very descending, but we made it. Just drive very slow and get there during the day. I would suggest bringing all of your groceries and everything you need before hand.”
