“We visited Heber Springs area with family and friends and stayed at this property for 4 days which we enjoyed a lot. Property is well designed and furnished with 2 separate living areas, large dining table and rooms to accommodate 8 guests. Heating worked well as we were in late November. Host had a lot of games and children books available which was great. Property is well situated within minutes drive to lake, groceries, fishing, tracking, marinas and beaches. We found the home well cleaned……

“Nice sized home for large family. Plenty of space to spread out for quiet or come together for a meal. Kids in our group loved the lower level. Short walk to the lake. Understandably a well-used home that needs a few minor repairs, but we would book again.”

“This was a great stay for four women on a book-cation! So quiet and so much space that we all lounged and slept comfortably. The owner is so kind and makes himself available for any questions you may have. There’s even a hammock outside in the side yard area! If you’re looking for a quiet get away this is the place to stay.”
