“From the moment you pull up, you can tell the owners of this property have put very careful thought into every detail of this wonderful home. It’s cozy, quirky, and close to so many things in Conway! I loved all of the history pieces placed in the home, all of the art was beautiful, and even the smallest details I noticed and appreciated. “from the outside the property looks small but once inside it is more than adequate, there was construction in the area which had knocked the wifi out and the construction hab the access road muddy and rough but all else 2 thumbs up ”

“Loved the fenced in back yard for fur babies. Loved sitting on back deck and enjoying view. Nice and clear pathway to the lake. Cookstove left 2 burners didn't properly work. Noticed alot of red wasp and killed 2 of them and watched where they were flying to and from, the red shed next to house. Kitchen could use a much better can opener. Ran out of paper towels night before leaving. A statement "in the book said do not be afraid to use paper towels ". For keeping food particles out of sink. ……
