“On the down side: It's VERY dark in the house. Other than kitchen & bath, lighting is poor. Walls are all dark which attributes to the lighting issue. The house is too beautiful to have such a gloomy look. Poor instructions from owner. Unable to discard trash as garage was locked. Unfamiliar with propane, I could only get one burner to work on the stove. No cleaning supplies were available for me to use if needed. Bring a wand if you want to watch television. Wish we knew that. On the up side:……

“Got it, let's refine that: --- Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. The property grounds are impeccably maintained, offering ample space for various activities. We had a blast enjoying the 6-hole disc golf course, playing soccer, whiffle ball, kickball, and volleyball. The indoor pool was an absolute highlight, equipped with a plethora of pool toys, noodles, and……

“We stayed here around Christmas time. We were skiing nearby. Location was great. With the snow the cabin was great for views. There were some issues with the internet/tv working for the first few days- but was addressed. There was a little issue with the shower downstairs leaking- we sent a video the first day but little could be done. Little issues ”

“A quaint cozy lodge! The kitchen had everything I needed to whip up a few meals. Everything was clean and cozy. Definitely go to the whammy bar for dinner if you stay here! Best meals of our whole trip were from the guest chefs. ”

“The place is right in town within eyeshot of the trailhead, and a stone’s throw from the Tiki Bar (a landmark for cyclists). Interior is excellent, fully updated and great for a group (6 beds, large kitchen, big dining table and comfortable living room). Has a lockable bike shed too. We stayed for three days (rode for 2 and skied for 1). Had an amazing time, will be back!”

“This was a very clean 3 bedroom unit walking distance from a very good donut shop, coffee house and delicious pizza place. We ate at all three during our short weekend stay. It also had a well stocked kitchen with all the things you would need if you were to cook: Dishes, olive oil, spices, pots and pans, etc. It was maybe a 25 minute drive to Stowe Mountain where my older kids went skiing while the non skiing grown ups ate lunch and the Von Trapp Family Lodge and explored the surrounding area.……

“Very clean and well described in the listing. Everything needed from stores or restaurants within a 5 minute drive & downtown Stowe and Stowe mountain were 25-30 minutes drive. ”

“Clean and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. Our dog loved the very large, fenced in, backyard. We didn't use the deck or the firepit, but both looked nice. Inside the house was clean and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. Large TVs in the living room, master bedroom and 1 other bedroom. ”
