“I was visiting Hyde Park while awaiting the birth of my granddaughter. I stayed for 5 weeks and had friends/family visit a couple times. I found the house very comfortable and very well stocked. Large dining table and plenty of plates and glasses etc for a large family. The front porch was a great place to sit and read or hang out with family. The location was perfect for me with easy access to restaurants, food shopping and Stowe. Having Two Sons Bakehouse within walking distance was a nice……

“Our group of 8, ages 11 to 53, had a wonderful time at the Kay Chalet, our home base for a 3-day ski trip. The house is much larger and roomier than it appears in the photos, and we really enjoyed how the more modernized basement contrasted with the nostalgic 70s-style decor of the main floor. The hosts stocked the house very well (including permanent and consumable products like toilet paper, detergent), so there was nothing we found ourselves missing. “This property was simply amazing - the location was easy to stowe, remote enough to feel Vermonty, but not too rural at all. The inside of the home was SO clean and well decorated. Cozy, large and well laid out. Beds are very comfy and great linens. We did not want to leave :) Kitchen was well stocked and they use natural/fragrance free products which was huge for me! The house is much larger and spacious than pictures showed. ”

“This is a very nice house. If Burke Mountain/Kingdom Trails are where you want to be, this can't be beat. 2 minutes from the main drag, this place is quiet and comfortable. It has a nice deck, a good view. A good place to kick back after skiing or biking.”
