“We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. ”

“Beautiful property, rooms are lovely, filled with historic charm and modern comforts. Breakfast and spa were amazing. So happy we stayed here during our time in France.”

“The staff are amazing, we were treated very well. Most of the staff had a good command of English too, which really helped. I would stay there again, no problem.”

“Nice, quiet spot to stay while in the Normandy area. We saw the same lady working every day- breakfast, lunch, dinner, check in and check out...she needs an increase in pay! The only drawback was, it said the restaurant/bar was open every day until 10pm on their sign, but we arrived just before 9pm and they were closed. They told us we should have called, which we would have, if we had only known . It's about 10 minutes away from a town center with several places to eat. Very cute spot!……
