“La mia esperienza è stata molto negativa. Ritengo che questa struttura potrebbe essere indicata per il turista "poco esigente" ma non per pernotti di lavoro. Giro tantissimi hotel in tutta Italia e a parità di prezzo i servizi sono migliori. Nello specifico: Reception: seppur segnalato in prenotazione, la reception chiude alle 21:00. Sono arrivato alle 21.30 per ritardo dovuto a traffico in strada. Ho correttamente telefonato per avvisare del ritardo, mi hanno atteso ma mi hanno fatto subito……

“Personal war sehr nett Für 4 Personen war das Apartment aber zu klein haben festgestellt. Es war sehr sauber, auch das Pool war sehr groß Das negative an der Sache , es war sehr laut, denn die Villa liegt auf der Hauptstrasse und Kurve und ab 5 Uhr fahren ganz viele Lkw's vorbei . Und die Terrasse liegt genau auf der Hauptstrasse. Die Umgebung sehr schön ”

“Our room was really spacious, with air con, which we appreciated in the very hot weather. It was great to have free parking right outside the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and speak great English and service was of a really high standard. Dinner was really delicious with a welcome prosecco and amuse bouche and we enjoyed eating it on the terrace overlooking the river. The owner introduced himself and explained the renovations he had done to improve the hotel. The devil’s bridge is……

“Sammanfattningsvis en av de bästa upplevelserna för avkoppling. Så fint att se miljön kring detta hotell med fina utsikten över Toscana. Älskade det stora rummet och älskade maten (vi åt 4 rätters middag 3 gånger på hotellet) och fick lokalt producerade varor. Älskade att maten baserades på grönsaker som de själva hade i trädgården. Älskade möjligheten att kunna beställa dricka/snacks med mobilen.”

“We made very bad experience here. I mistakenly booked our accommodation one night late and had to book this place in a hurry. We booked it via Expedia and paid 165€ for one night. I called them in advance to check if the booking went through. Even if on the internet it says they speak English, the very rude lady on the phone didn’t made any effort to talk to me because I spoke just English. Than we arrived.
