“Staff were very welcoming, although the building itself is clearly dated, the hallway and rooms were clean; delicious hot breakfast was made to order. ”
“There was a little confusion at check in about which rooms we had been assigned, but it was resolved quickly.
The restaurant was not open for dinner on the night that we stayed at Clancy’s, but it was only a few km to find a place to eat.
The rooms were very quiet and everything worked well.
Breakfast was included and we requested to have it at 7:30. They were not able to accommodate that, but made it for 8:00 and it was excellent. ”
“When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella!
Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session……
“Parking is convenient and free on-site. Although the property is not right in central Donegal, it was a short, comfortable walk to the center. The room and bedding was comfortable and the amenities in the room were good. There were several large groups at the hotel so breakfast was a bit hectic for the staff. I would highly recommend Mill Park Hotel if you are visiting Donegal. ”
“Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.”
“Wifi is a bit slow. It is a beautiful golf course in Ireland. It is a great location for sea views and walking. It has a lots of facilities for families.”
