“House was the perfect distance to the beach, awesome pool for cooling down. My friends and I celebrated our graduation and had a great time. There was an issue with some outlets losing power and Dave was very quick to try to remedy the problem, overall great experience and i would highly recommend this place to families and friends looking for a house in PCB.”

“Feel like the photos were misleading. Paint chipped walls, flooring coming apart, only view was of the highway, after staying we walked out with a bunch of bumps/ Bug bites. Overall not a good experience and do not recommend.”

“We enjoyed staying at this comfortable condo. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more TV stations (we paid for Amazon Prime when we were there) and another chair to sit in to watch TV besides the one recliner. “ This home was exactly as advertised. What you see is what you get - down to the pink flamingo in the pool. It was chilly so the heated pool was great. Nice tv and speaker on the pool deck.
