“This place is a hidden gem. Although there was some issues with communication due to the language barrier they were minor. The place was clean, quiet, the staff was very helpful and professional. It’s close to the airport, spacious, well decorated, and the breakfast was a delicious unexpected treat. The free airport shuttle was appreciated as well. I was very happy with Rowan and his staff. They made my stay here very nice and I will definitely come back if I need a place near the airport.”

“This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness”

“Gamini (the owner) was so friendly and helpful with every need. He answered any question and did much more than you can expect from a hotel service. The staff in general was super friendly and polite and the food was great. Probably the best food in town! A quick ride to the surfkite Lagoon and right next to the bus station. “Nico ist ein sehr symphatischer Gastgeber und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel hat sehr geräumige Zimmer und abseits der harten Matratze kann man nicht über fehlenden Komfort klagen. Die Klimaanlage hilft bei heißen Nächten und kann auch für Europäer angenehm hochgeregelt werden. Das Frühstück ist super lecker (besonders die Fruchtplatte) und abends konnten wir ebenfalls äußerst lecker Essen (Chilli-Chicken).
