“Staff helpful but need more training in the ethics of hospitality. I found the music played throughout the resort, morning and evening, extremely loud making it difficult to converse with others. Overall, my stay was pleasant and enjoyable!”

“The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!”
