The building is a quirky old place and had been a school! The large rooms have been divided into a number of cosy well appointed rooms
Check in was self service and very well organised
Ordering breakfast was via a well designed form

“The pub-Hotel was ok, just a little disappointed with cleanliness, soaps looked liked they was there from previous guests, really should be wrapped for next guest to use. Coffee machine uncleaned still had pods in from previous guests, just little things that can be improved.As it is a pub can be a little noisy until customers leave so be aware if you have early starts next day ”
“I booked a single room with private bathroom. However, it does not locate in the room. I needed to go outside every time I used the closet and even I washed my hands. It’s not what I want for privacy and convenience although I was the only one who kept the bathroom key!”

“Excellent stay. There are 4 x ex stables which have been converted into individual chalet type accommodation.
Comfortable. Medium sized fridge in room. No noise from adjoining accommodation. Free parking. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Bar area separate from restaurant. Would definitely recommend and stay again. ”
“Expectations should be set low for college accommodation at Cambridge. It is not luxury but it was better than what I received as a student. The breakfast in the historic main hall of Jesus college was the best!”
