“We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!”

Instructions for check in/out were detailed and easy to follow. The hosts were quickly responsive to a service request on Saturday afternoon.We would definitely come back for another week!”

“Had some trouble with entry code not working but host was very quick to help. The ice bin was empty and we were told to just give it a little time, but no ice appeared until the next day. A bag of ice should be provided when the ice maker is empty. Surface cleaning was great but after a day there we saw that deep cleaning doesn’t get done. Porch cushions are covered with stains, windows are filled with green mold and rugs didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned for awhile. Deck chairs need to be……

“We had a wonderful family vacation at Matt’s house at Lake Anna. The house looks exactly like the pictures had shown. The house is spacious, cozy and comfortable. The house really offers a stunning view from both the living room and kitchen. Kitchen is well-Equipped, newly upgraded. The coffee machine and coffee supplies are excellent additions. Kitchen with lots of cabinets, lightened up granite countertop, plenty of dining and cooking supplies. Huge dining table for entire two big families.……

“We stayed at this cabin while attending a nearby dog training workshop. The cabin was fantastic and very secluded. The dog loved running the property and exploring. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Brian, the property owner was very responsive and would answer any question we had within minutes. We hope to attend the same workshop next year and hope to stay at this property again. ”
