“Safe in room didn't work at first but got it settled later after staff passed us two sets of keys to reset (poor service). Not much of a welcome. An old-style accommodation, cosy but frills-less. Pool is really small. ”

“Nice location - All famous restaurants are in walking distance. However, the room , especially the bedroom, was having moldy smell, even we turned the aircon on. The smell should come from the pillows or the mattress.”

“Amazing! Very well maintained heritage building. Extremely friendly and helpful staff Uma! They use a pulley to pull luggage to upper floor - fun to watch and practically useful. Complimentary breakfast was tasty. The lunch and drinks at the cafe were also tasty and clean, we enjoyed a lot when hiding from the hot sunshine at noon time. Side note: stairs are steep due to traditional design, maybe challenging for elderly. Expect to take off shoes before going upstairs to room. Not a concern for……

“前枱服務熱誠，可惜房間同照片不符，窗打不開及偏細，厠所無浴簾及欠掛衣物設施，晚上房間多蚊，住了三晚，每晚00:10就聽到垃圾車，倒垃圾發出隆隆聲音，維持約五分鐘，睡著了必吵醒！”

“其實酒店房間很好，基本上沒有唔好既地方！ 但一到步check in 的時候，突然停電，等左一陣就回復正常。 點知我地出左去一陣回來，在大堂的時候，職員告知停電，要等兩個鐘才有電，房間沒有冷氣。好彩的是，房間還有冷氣的餘溫，未至於感覺熱，但所有電器用品，我地都不能充電。 我地等了兩個鐘，都還未有電，但好彩夜晚食完晚飯返黎，就有返電了。 ”

“2015年7月入住了兩晚Courtyard Duplex ，沒有絲毫的違和感，正是符合我們心目中的home away from home，家裡面的兩個小孩也很喜歡柚樂園，無論是在房間裡的客廳，或是一樓公共的空間，我們都覺得很自在很舒適，尤其是出遊晚上回來，推開厚實的大門，迎接我們的是幾盞溫暖壁燈，真的有回到家的溫暖。民宿主人的用心值得細細去品味，是很有美感的住宿經驗。主廚Naresh為我們兩天準備了不同型態的早餐，也考慮了小孩的不同飲食需求，做了些許的變化，很貼心的款待。 [建議] 房裡客廳的燈光稍嫌暗了些，希望能夠加盞燈。”

“優勢一是附近轉左有一個小型商場，地下有一間超市及類似萬寧，上層無店開門；二是附近有個户外food court之類，12馬幣一隻中小型海南雞髀；轉右行15分鐘見到The Top, 那裡有2個商場，這一帶頗舊，較髒有乞丐。亦見有個巴士總站。三是可以讓我提早1hour (check in)入住. 缺點：一入房就發現個熱水壺是壞的，幸好立即有人送上一個新的。二是熱水供應不足，我住3晚，第一晚用花灑來熱水澡，10-15分鐘後就變涼了，第二晚就只有幾分鐘熱水供應，最後一晚就更加沒有熱水供應。洗手盆水龍頭撥左求熱水供應，出水線狀，又慢又少水，總之沒有熱水。 ”
