“We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didn’t find this……

“We were at the house for 2 weeks with our adult kids and our grand kids, and everyone had a great time. The pool especially was a highlight with everyone. We encountered a few issues and all were addressed quickly by the home owner and/or management company. We have stayed at several homes in this general area as well as other parts of Florida and this home is on par if not slightly above most we have stayed in. We were not able to access the NCAA tournament on the available television apps……

“I actually live in this neighborhood and rented this house for my family for a wedding. The house is wonderful and the owner was very communicative, which was very much appreciated. The only draw back is the parking situation which is NOT a poor reflection on the house at all. This is common for this neighborhood when on a street with lots of rentals. “This house was extremely nice. It was clean organized. Had everything that we needed. There was plenty of towels in all the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. The only suggestion that I have in the kitchen is that maybe have some salt and pepper I have stayed in other locations which have spices. I really hate to go and buy spices to cook and then end up throwing them away at the end of our visit since we flew when we drive we carry our own stuff but when you’re flying it is kinda……
