“ Very convenient to all of the Disney properties and was a perfect space for a couple. Small kitchen allows you to cook in if you desire. Great communication with the property manager. Would recommend!”

“This house was great! Every room of the house was very homey and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a great addition! The hot tub for the cool mornings and nights and the pool during the day. Its location was nice! Away from all the hustle and bustle of the area. But still close enough to venture out. We enjoyed staying at this property. We took a walk every morning around the lake behind the house. My boys fished off the dock and caught some fish (catch and release). All the ducks, cranes,……

“Loved the pool. Furniture serviceable not super comfy. Plan to bring in your own toilet paper, dish soap etc, they provide a very minimal amount of everything. ”

“From booking to check out, the owner and house did not disappoint. The house is pure perfection and fit our cheer team amazingly. The house is clean, upgraded, beds are super comfortable and comes with meticulous notes for the house in their book. Some basic supplies were given, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! Close to stores when you happen to need something. ”

“Pool was "Freezing" and the hot tub "was not hot". It was colder than the pool. Old lady and her daughter live in the house. The old lady try to micromanage everybody. She is not the owner but thinks she is and has authority over everything. Nice house. Just bad rules.Too strict for young people. House is suited for older people in their '60s.. Also, the Clubhouse Water Park has a separate fee$$.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Franks place. Its absolutely perfect for familys. A really spacious property with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Really clean and tidy with lots of towels. The beach towels ready to be used were a great addition.Perfectly located, extremely close to Disney and the 192 which has lots of restaurants, giftshops and supermarkets. We would all 100% stay here again.”

“The house looked just like the pictures. There was enough room for everyone and enough full bathrooms. The pool was clean and we had a great time hanging out there all day! The big dining room table fit all the adults while the smaller kitchen in the table fit all the kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and the play set in the kids room. ”
