“We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didn’t find this……

“This house was extremely nice. It was clean organized. Had everything that we needed. There was plenty of towels in all the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. The only suggestion that I have in the kitchen is that maybe have some salt and pepper I have stayed in other locations which have spices. I really hate to go and buy spices to cook and then end up throwing them away at the end of our visit since we flew when we drive we carry our own stuff but when you’re flying it is kinda……

“We had a great stay—the house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only downside was the unexpected 50 fee to use the BBQ grill. It would’ve been nice to know about that in advance, as it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, everything was great!”
