“We had a wonderful stay at this property in Orlando! The home was very clean and comfortably accommodated our large party. The neighborhood was a pleasant suburban area, conveniently located near shopping centers and just minutes away from Medieval Times, which was the highlight of our trip. The host was very responsive and even offered us the flexibility of a later checkout if needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this property to others.”

“Beautiful, well kept, 5 bedroom house in Kissimmee. It was nice to have private pool and hot tub to relax in before and after long days running around Florida. Gated community quiet and well kept. It was about 30 minutes from attractions. Give an extra 15 minutes or more for traffic. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!”

“Very nice villa, quiet location and a sun trap, even when the temperature dropped slightly. Well equipped, very clean and a couple of nice touches with welcome packs. No problems during our stay and the pool heating was perfect. ”

“This is a good size space for the rental price. Security gated. We didn’t use amenities as it was a little cool but they looked nice. Townhouse could use some updates but fine if you aren’t picky. Rental manager was very quick to respond.”

“The rental is located in a neighborhood that was clean, had a very relaxed feel, and safe.The house and pool are well maintained and are an ideal setup for anyone that is traveling with kids—especially because the bottom of the stairs are gated and the pool has safety precautions in place. The bedding was comfortable, access to pots, pans, and dish ware were a huge plus, and the appliances were clean.My only feedback was the cleanliness wasn’t where I would expect a highly rated rental to be. ……

“My family and I (18 people ranging from ages 4-78) have taken an annual vacation to the Orlando area each summer for the last 5-6 years. Every house we’ve stayed in so far has been really great but always had one or two minor issues - too many amenities on the upper levels, minimal shallow areas in the pools for smaller kids, etc. This year, we stayed in this house and we’ve finally found a place that checks all boxes.
