“We had an issue with our first rental (ac went out twice) the staff was extremely accommodating and moved us to an upgraded room, Erika at the front desk was absolutely amazing along with Chantel and Jess. Joseph at the water park was also so helpful and made our time at the pool way more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again solely based on the staff alone!”

“Regal Palms is a very tranquil resort. The lazy river and pool area was amazing. The location was superb. It was just a 3 min walk to Publix and several restaurants. The resort itself has a great bar and grill and all the employees were very kind. The pond in the back was very entertaining. There were turtles and baby alligator in there. You could watch the fireworks from Disney off of the balcony. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10 for family vacation. ”
