“This home is better than the photos! Beautiful, well kept, clean and every kids dream. We had a wonderful time in the pool and splash area. They have so many things you forgot you even needed from appliances to child care items. I would recommend and definitely rent again. ”

“Property was as advertised, very spacious and clean. The pool area, Game rooms and movie theater were hits. The only small issue was operation of TVs throughout the property (multiple remotes for each TV but unable to get the TVs or streaming apps to work properly). The Owner was very responsive, answering any questions after arrival within minutes. Will definitely stay again! ”

“We had a fantastic stay at Franks place. Its absolutely perfect for familys. A really spacious property with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Really clean and tidy with lots of towels. The beach towels ready to be used were a great addition.Perfectly located, extremely close to Disney and the 192 which has lots of restaurants, giftshops and supermarkets. We would all 100% stay here again.”

“This past week was like a page out of a Disney book (The Happily Ever After kind) We are a family of 11, and this was the most well organized, Thought out rental I’ve had the pleasure of renting. The Theater room was a huge hit with the boys, especially all the costumes which EVERYONE ENJOYED! My favorite memory would have to be, when my daughter got up out HER princesse room and dragged her father in to pick out HIS dress and tiara!!! Core memory’s were definitely made and the custom creativity……
