“The pool was great area around pool could use a power wash on concrete, refrigerator could be updated as ice and water dispencer was non functionable with a sign do not use, A/C was good throughout house except 2nd mater suite were it was not as efficient. Very peaceful neiborhood and the house was well stocked also easy communication with owner and property manager”

“Fabulous villa in a Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. The beds were so comfy as was the sofa in the living room! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area was perfect for the kids to play in the pool and is not overlooked. We had pool heating which was sorted immediately. Also had a slight issue with one toilet on arrival which was also sorted immediately. 10/10 communication with the owner Dominick and late check out agreed a couple of days before we left which was……

“The location is great! Only 15 mins at most to Disney. Walmart is only 5 mins away also. The pool and hot tub were great. The kids swam all the time. The home was clean and there were many toys, strollers, play pen, and baby gates. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“This was a great location for our family trip for 12. The home was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood had a pool with a separate kids area. There was also a lazy river and a kids activity room that was open during the day. Our rental had its own pool, which you could request to be heated. This was great for the kids with us who enjoyed swimming even after the larger neighborhood pool closed. We were in a great shopping area as well at about 15 minutes……

“Property was as listed. It was wonderful to have 3 full baths for our larger group. The kids loved the pool, especially after long hot days at Disney. Great location near everything we needed including Walmart, grocery store, and Disney. We also took a day trip to Cocoa beach. There were chairs and umbrellas in garage although we did not use these it was nice they were available. Host was easy to get ahold of and replied to our messages quickly. ”

“Our 9 night stay as a family was fantastic! We are a group of 6 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 10-14. The feature we loved most was the set up of this home with the three master suites and the spaciousness of all the rooms. Pool and hot tub were great and worked flawlessly. We spent a fair amount of time at the resort pool as well, which we all enjoyed. The only items we were really missing and could have used more of were towels and just extra blankets. “The property wasn't cleaned properly at all!! But the host Maria assured me that she definitely will notify the cleaners, she was exceptionally helpful in every way. She was constantly reaching out via email letting me know about all the amenities that were available for my family. Which was very convenient being that I was there to visit a family in the hospital. The overall stay I will give a 4 out of 5.”
