“ Spoke to guy managing the property a day before, asked if the pool was heated, he said yes, turns out that was a lie. Is not heated. AC on the second floor was at 80 degrees at night, contacted him and he said he will send a technician the next day, he never did, bunch of lies. ”

“I would very much like to give a review for this property which I booked for a wedding in the area, but I never got the chance to see the property. The property is in a gated community, and the property manager never sent the check in instructions. I attempted to communicate multiple times, and got no response. I got hotels.com customer service involved, and they had no luck either. Ultimately they agreed to cancel my reservation after I wasted two hours of my time dealing with the issue. ……

“This listing is a scam. There is no access to the property once you are booked, and there is no support or service from Expedia. There is no telephone number to contact the property manager, and no way to get in. We had no response from anyone at all, and got no help from Expedia. Steer clear of this one.”

“We made our reservation and when I went to see how to check into the property the day of it said I had to contact the host. I did and they never responded. We tried to call them. They never responded. We contacted Expedia and were told we could not get our money back. Zero stars. ”
