“After a disastrous stay somewhere else I booked multiple rooms late in the evening for this hotel. We didnt arrive until after 9 pm. The man working was very friendly and super helpful. We asked for a trash bag to cover the window that was broken at the last place we stayed. He not only got us the bag but also tape and had us park it where it could be watched by security. We didnt get to utilize any of the amenities but the staff was wonderful. ”

“選舉這間飯店是因為靠近西北大學，交通上較近，停車方便，週邊又有商場選擇，走路即可到達，但是飯店的清潔程度不是很好，房間的地毯，冰箱的櫃子理有小蟲在爬，浴室的洗面台水管排水不良，體驗上不好。不過酒店的早餐用餐環境不錯。”
