“The hotel is located in a great spot for easy access to many downtown attractions and buildings! The beds were super comfortable and the Jr Corner Suite we stayed in was spacious and had the mini fridge we needed which was why we upgraded! The price is decent for the convenience of being downtown and the staff that we encountered were all very pleasant! There were a few places in the room that could’ve been cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose the hotel again when……

“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”

"At this price point, I was genuinely excited to stay here — but the experience was a complete disappointment. Every single towel had a strange smell, and I don’t think it was detergent. It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful. The entire room felt like it hadn’t seen sunlight in a long time. I rarely leave reviews, but the condition of the facilities here was truly disappointing. That said, I do want to highlight that every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, good service alone cannot make up for the poor state of the accommodations."
