“The staff was great! But I stayed on the 25th floor. About 6am I kept hearing this thumping sound. I called the front desk 3x. When maintenance came the guy said that I was hearing the elevator go up and down. Unfortunately all the rooms near hear the same. I couldn’t sleep past 630 because of it ”

“The room, was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The only small nonstellar aspect was the couch bed. The mattress was terrible and I felt folded like a taco. We were grateful for the pool and plenty of hot water in the showers.”

“入住前有詢問接送事宜，但可惜因為時差，無法有效溝通。入住手續單純迅速，房間大且乾淨，一開始以為燈光有問題，人員很快就來幫忙，房內的廚房很方便使用，可以自己簡單用點吃的。住宿一切都完美，只是隔壁房客實在很吵，半夜三點都還有吵雜聲，聽清潔人員說是辦結婚的人，因為我們是商務旅行，長途飛行後需要睡眠，但晚上常常被打擾到，甚至還被亂敲門，無法安穩休息。”

“Great location! Great view! Great hosts! Family Thanksgiving in Chicago for the first time bc our daughter works retail in Chicago and couldn’t come home. We were close to her work; walked to chriskindlemarket one day; walked to Michigan Ave and vicinity shopping; walked to Thanksgiving day parade; walked to restaurants and grocery; able to relax and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner, football, family time in the spacious apt; L stop right outside; quiet and convenient. ”
