“I loved my entire stay. The staff top tier. Loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The view of the lake was so calming. I loved how there was not a lot of traffic about the hotel inside nor out. Receptionists were also top teir. Loved this hotel”

“Front desk staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Housekeeping staff also did a great job. One note: Breakfast hours for the cafe are posted until 11:00am. However, the staff said they close at 10:30 and stopped making fresh coffee at 10:00. Not a huge deal. Just get there by 10:00am if you want coffee. Loved the River North location. So much to do in that area.”

“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”
