“Great instruction and communication from owners. Clean and well kept. Convenient location to so many downtown attractions. Comfortable place to stay. We were really pleased. The only negative is the outside noise (the downside to staying amid the hustle and bustle of the downtown area). I suspect it's the same anywhere nearby. Might consider bringing earplugs for sleeping. Overall, a nice place for a couple to spend a long weekend enjoying Chicago!”
