“I enjoyed tremendously. I wish I had been there in the spring as was a little chillier than I had hoped for. I am hoping to return when I can enjoy the outdoors more. It's nice to find a place where its quiet and picturesque. ”

“Owner asked us to switch to the Farmhouse (there are two tiny houses next to each other on the property. The house was perfect for our family of 5 for one night with a double bed, double air mattress and futon. Electric heater kept the house warm through the cold night. Not a lot of space inside, but plenty of room to sleep and get cleaned up, which is all we needed, and plenty of space to move around outside. ”

“Nice, quiet cabin right on a small lake, great for a weekend getaway. It was comfortable and well furnished. With a smart TV, we were able to watch some of our favorite shows during the rainy part of our stay, and then we sat out on the big screened in back and on the large deck when the sun was out. It had a barbeque but we didn't use it due to the weather.The only issues we had were first, we discovered two burned out outlets on separate six-outlet plugs, one of which had a floor heater……

“The road leading to the house is very bumpy, but don’t let that fool you. The house is very nice. As soon as we walked in, I felt completely at home. Much better than a hotel/motel. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. There is a Dollar General close by, in case you need any supplies. We went to the Hawthorne Cafe for breakfast. Very nice people and good food. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this location. I highly recommend it.”
