“Wonderful customer service! The property is slightly outdated inside. It needs a little love! The restaurant wasn’t that great but the views and beach access was terrific! ”

“When we first pulled in we were very confused where to go to check in. Property staff were all very friendly and they text on various days fun daily treats they are giving out such as hot dogs/chips, hot cocoa and piña coladas. There is a coded gate to get into the parking lot which made it feel more secure. It was very convenient having a full well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We also had the deluxe with two bathrooms. There is a nice private beach and the lagoon was……

“Très beau resort Chambre ensileillee avec vue partielle sur la mer mais aussi vers l'entree de service du resort. Emplacement des containers de recyclage et vidanges Ammeublement vieillissant dans l'unite et on a du acheter une bouilloire. Juste un frigo et une petite machine a cafe. La TV ne semblait pas fonctionner et la porte vitree du balcon etait super dure a ouvrir et a fermer. Mis a part cela le resort eat superbe. La chambre servait a dormir 2 lits doubles”

“Property was absolutely beautiful. Right on the beach and only a 10 minute drive into town.During our stay, the resort needed to do maintenance on the entire floor we were on, causing us to have to leave our original room. As soon as the property manager found out about it, she was quick to get everything figured out and make sure we had a room for the rest of our stay. Staff is super friendly and great to talk to. Everybody staying there seemed nice and friendly. Great experience.”

“The outrigger hotel is located in an ideal location to many outdoor activities and airport. The hotel is well kept, clean, nice pools for families, and walking distance to the beach. The room was a bit outdated, drawers stuck, back door was difficult to lo lock and shutters stiff and noisy. Note to renter- bring all toiletries, coffee/filters, and there is only cleaning service if you pay for it. You also have to remove all trash regularly. No microwave available. We didn’t spend much time……

“Luke warm water in shower 50% of time - spoke with Mgt and improved slightly, COLD water in swimming pools, hot tubs in lava rock setting was cool, Nice Long Sandy Beach, beautiful kept grounds, close to Lihue, mattress was too firm, chickens awaken you at 4 am everyday, resort designated smoking area 50 ft from outside balcony, Air freshener prior to arrival was way too aromatic, chickens jump on tables and surround you when eating at poolside, Shave Ice was nice, daily Parking fee of $22.50……
