“This is an outstanding property! The kitchen has anything and everything you could need or want. The bathrooms are stocked with soft towels and travel size toiletries so if something was forgotten we were covered. All of the bedrooms were gorgeous with comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. Brand new beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler made our trip to the beach so much easier. The home is spacious and beautiful with more seating options than we could use. The outdoor space was our favorite!……

“This was our third stay at Magnolia. The house is always clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything that we like to do. We will plan to stay here again! ”

“The property could use some updates such as the air-conditioning wouldn't cool much in the front two bedrooms and only a little better in the family room. The microwave works but only with limited options as a few buttons would not work, the fridge leaks occasionally on the floor and a few vertical blinds are broken. Also, the front two bedrooms have no blinds on the arched windows and that made it extremely difficult sleep once the sun came up. The water pressure was inconsistent at best with……

“We really enjoyed the home. We had a couple of fun surprises with the turtles looking to get fed and the Limpkins fishing for snails along the sea wall. Very nice home, would recommend.”

“Well laid out house with a great back yard. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are great opportunities for fishing in canal out back.”
