“The staff were absolutely terrific. Very friendly and extremely helpful and did not have a single negative interaction with any of them. We had one very minor glitch with a planned activity and they went above and beyond to make it up to (thanks Luis!). The facility is very well maintained and location is fantastic for easy walking around the city. We are already planning our next visit”

“This was an amazing stay. The staff was A-1 it was clean comfortable and the beds were the best! The location was great. The street behind the Citco bank provides lots of fun and live music on Thursday and Saturday. If you don’t want to rent a car and enjoy staying at mambo beach 2.00 will get you there on the bus. This was wonderful ”

The property itself felt quiet and relaxing yet had everything you need close by(5-10 minute walk). Staff was excellent and helped with all our check in/check out needs. “Nice location close to shops and restaurants. The unit we had featured a full kitchen and living area as well as a lovely patio facing the ocean. The food at the restaurant was very good; however, the service was very slow so we only ate there twice for that reason. The unit had A/C in the bedrooms only, which was fine, but there are no screens on the windows, so by the end of our stay, we had some flying insects in the kitchen/living area. There is currently construction next door, which……

“For the price point this place is great. We had a private room and it was clean, quiet, and cool. I told them it was my birthday and they filled the room with balloons. The staff is very sweet and helpful and the location is perfect for getting around. It’s tucked back a ways from the tourist area so you don’t have to deal with the cruise people. There are a few great restaurants within a 2 minute walk, and the rest of the entertainment is within a 10 minute walk. The Bikes they rent are good……
