“Glad to be upgraded to larger rooms with balconies facing the riverside. Adequate facilities inside the rooms. Nice and quiet environment. Helpful front desk personnel. Value for money high-tea set and nice breakfast buffet. Modern luxury hotel highly recommended.”

“The staff at swimming pool who was lighting the candle around the pool was very poor attitude. She literally bang the door of each candle holder and made so much noise to a point I need to leave the pool. I think that's what she wanted to do. To get rid of all the guests at pool. I did not expect such level of service at park hyatt at all. ”

“The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and courteous. It was very close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel no longer has a restaurant/kitchen, Expedia needs to update this info on their website as the hotel no longer provides breakfast on the go. However there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were satisfactory. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Hangzhou for a few days. ”
