“Came for marathon weekend. This is a little off the beaten path, but perfect for an insane weekend. Kids loved the loft. We would usually do the 20-30 min walk into the city, otherwise Uber is great. Beautiful location, peaceful - would stay again in a heartbeat!”

“Our first stay on a houseboat was delightful. The walk from the car to the boat was shorter than expected. Temp was 80 degrees, so we wasted no time going to the roof deck. It was heavenly! The photos were a perfect match to what we found, very comfortable. We had full moons visible from our bed, and a gorgeous red sky at sunrise! The only problem we had was transportation to our engagements. We had no idea that taxis just do not work in Boston. Friends helped with Ubers, and we will……

“Truly a unique experience that we enjoyed very much. Took water taxi from BOS Logan to Long Wharf. Short walk to Lewis Pier from there. Took the train from Aquarium back to airport. Easy and free bus connection to/from airport both to water terminal and trains. Took water ferry to Hingham, USS Constitution. We walked everywhere else we wanted to go, Quincy Market, TD Garden for Celtics game and Little Italy for fantastic food. Will be returning to do this all again, it was a lot of fun……

“We only stayed 2 nights but it was so conveniently located. Within walking distance to all our needs and not far from attractions. Didn't have to take the car anywhere. This was my first time using VRBO and all my questions were answered by the property owners including advice requests. Overall great experience”

“This review is about the boat we actually stayed on, Stars Hollow. We booked Poseidon's Escape but about 2 weeks before we were scheduled to arrive they emailed us notifying us that the boat had been removed from the harbor and substituted Stars Hollow boat. We enjoyed staying on a boat and this harbor is in the perfect spot for walking to everywhere. The subway is very close. We went in early October and it got a little chilly. There was no heat in the boat and there was only one blanket in……

“The location is awesome, you can walk to the USS Constitution and the ferry to the north end. Boat is very nice. The check in was amazing. Some advice- it is a steep step climb to the boat so pack accordingly (our heavy suitcases were a challenge but was workable…use duffles if you can (we were on the road for a while so this was on us). The only other thing to note is the stove does not work, we bought stuff to cook but it is just a microwave. Overall, awesome stay. ”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
