“I’m not gonna lie I read reviews and was skeptical but to my surprise the staff was extremely pleasant, great price for the stay, clean hotel, no bugs and hot breakfast. Can’t beat this place and the staff! I travel a lot for work so finding GOOD cheap hotels is a challenge but this one is a hidden gem. ”

“It was tough to leave! Beautiful home, beautiful property, short walk to an amazing spot on the Savannah River where my boys and I fished, while watching alligators swim by! Had some really nice family meals together in the large, open kitchen. Roughly 40 minutes to Hilton Head or Savannah, very centrally located, but in such a secluded peaceful area surrounded by trees on all sides. We loved the house, and the lovely story of the captain.
