“I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. Whilst I loved being out of town with great……

“Loved the view and the balcony. There was a deer in the garden one morning. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice even almond milk. The location is quite. Rooms are spacious with lots of storage. ”

Here are the details: - You have to drive to a different location to pick up the keys - That office has limited hours - There is a cleaning fee in the fine print (225 ZL) - Some furniture is in poor condition - The power went off in the apartment and we had to be home to get it fixed - The parking security gate worked occasionally so we were sometimes locked in or locked out. - The master bedroom door can't open all the way because the bed is in the way - People……

“there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges”

“Great location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Our room was by the main road so they changed us to a quieter location immediately and without fuss.”

“一到了步行街上,就可以很容易找到這家飯店,漂亮的全木頭的裝潢,非常美麗好找 晚上靠近街上的房間會有一點聲音,如果怕吵的可能要選另外一面的房間 不過逛街就非常方便了,一出來就是熱鬧的地方,而且這邊附近換匯的匯率很好 如果要去湖之眼,或是另外一個漂亮的纜車,都可以請飯店幫忙叫私人的車,很方便”
