“This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. ”

“Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. Some showers were a little cramped for larger people but we managed. Outside grill and fire pit. The house is directly south on the same road as Dreams park about 6min away and……

“Perfect location for ASV families. We had a quiet week with the luxury of a short drive to the baseball fields. Carol was wonderful to deal with and provided necessary amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. ”

“While in town attending Suny Cobleskill graduation, we were looking for a property nearby. This farmhouse fit the bill. It was neaty decorated and the host was very gracious in leaving some treats for us at check in. There were plenty of beds to sleep my whole family.”

We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. “Our family had a lovely stay at this home. Amanda was an amazing host and great communicator. The house was super clean, fully stocked and very welcoming! Amanda left us a wonderful gift basket full of local goodies, drinks in refrig, a kind note and a welcome sign with our name on it. Such thoughtful touches. Our favorite part of the home was the 1 min walk to entrance to Vroman’s Nose hiking trail. Our family enjoyed our morning hike. We definitely recommend this home and will be back……
