“I am rating this with 5 stars, knowing full well it is not a 5 star hotel. BUT, it was well worth the low price. Clean and the staff was helpful. What more do you want for such a low price?”

“Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Would stay again. The tv in each room was nice. A/C churned out cold. It does have very minimal amenities such as kitchen basics (no oil, spices, etc). A few things would make it even nicer - lower the tv in living room (it’s too high for the space), add a Keurig, and provide some basic cooking supplies (including more pot and pans). ”

“This lakeside retreat is such a treasure! Susan and her husband are very friendly, and the communication was excellent. This property is gorgeous, and the amenities are fantastic!! Plus, you are just a 15-minute car ride from Melton Hill Marina, so if you rent a boat, it's an easy 30-minute boat ride back to the house on the lake. Great place to recharge, enjoy nature, and quality time with family by the lake.”
