“Our king studio was handicap accessible (not sure if we booked it by mistake because we didn’t need the accessible room) and the roll-in shower leaked over the entire bathroom floor even though we could see two floor drains. Large desk was chipped up and worn. Other than that the room/hotel was pretty much what we have come to like about the extra large king studio suite at Hampton. ”

“It was like a typical Holiday Inn—rooms were comfy, breakfast was good. If you looked closely, there were little things that prevented a 5 star rating: the room could’ve been cleaner, we didn’t ever have Kleenex, there was hair on the floor from previous guests. ”
