“We had an amazing stay here . Lovely room and amenities in our room. Booked a table to eat here too. Excellent service , lovely food. Superb breakfast with great service too. ”

“The room wasn't quite how we expected based on the picture provided at point of booking, but was ok. The bed was on the former side but reasonably comfortable, as we're the pillows. The spa facilities were excellent and and well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent and staff were well presented (if a little inexperienced, save for the Maitre D). “A five star property and staff — some of the best food we’ve ever had traveling, and here it is in the Yorkshire Dales! Friendly, helpful staff to a person, every shift, every position. The historic manor house buildings are beautiful, tastefully updated to allow a glass-walled dining wing that looks out over the rolling green hills. It’s a stunning setting.
