“Excellent roadside motel, clean and friendly. ”

“MY ROOM TV DIDNT WORK THE STAFF DID MOVE ME TO ANOTHER ROOM WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM ( THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME 2 YRS IN CONSECUTIVE ,LAST YEAR I STAYED THERE IOT HAPPENED TO ME AND 2 YEARS CONSECUTIVE LY , THE ICE MAKER DIDNT WORK HAD TO GO TO THE RESTURANT FOR ICE.) I HAF AN INTERIOR ENTRY ROOM THE FROONT DOOR DID NOT LOCK TO LET NO ONE IN TO THE COREDORE TO THE ROOMS , I FEEL IT WAS LIKE HAVING A EXTERIOR ENTREE ROOM , ON TOP OF THAT MY ROOM DEAD BOLT DIDNT LOCK ONLY……

“First, the room was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. My only issues were that the room and areas around the outside of the hotel are in need of some refurbishment. Cabinets, doors, carpet, the parking and breezeway area all show plenty of wear. Also, when we first arrived, the room had a very strong Indian spicy incense smell. It was so strong we bought some Fabreeze to combat it. After spraying Fabreeze that evening and the next morning,……

We had dogs and I believe we were given the best room at the place. Super friendly owners and nice walking area for the dogs. This is our new go to hotel in Maggie Valley”
