Det ville være rart med rengøring lidt oftere end en gang om ugen, når man har syv overnatninger, men man har mulighed for selv at hente en støvsuger i rengøringsrummet. Området hvor Smartments ligger er kedeligt, men der er heldigvis mange transportmuligheder i nærheden og også flere supermarkeder.”

“We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard.
The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night.
The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. ”

“Lovely experience staying at Numa Berlin. Fabulous facilities, right down to yoga mats which guests could use. The presentation is of a very high standard with lots of extra touches to make our stay more comfortable. It was great being able to cook a few meals, but we also enjoyed being able to stroll to some excellent cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again”

Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Lift, das ist in der 5. Etage mit viel Gepäck etwas müßig - aber hält fit!”

“Good value for the money, affordable neighborhood with all services extremely close. The apartment was clean and modern, everything was well organized. There is some construction work going on near the backyard but we were able to sleep well anyway in the mornings. In the evenings it’s quiet and you can have the big windows open. “Wir waren zu viert im Nena und hatten ein großes Zimmer, mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zudem einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Spree. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Wasser war unbezahlbar! Parken kann man kostenlos direkt vor der Tür und in den Nebenstraßen. Das Bett und auch die Schlafcouch waren super bequem. Wir würden wieder das Nena buchen! :)”

"優點：1.早餐有炒飯超好吃👍可以跟現場工作人員問有沒有rice？他們會特別製作很好吃的炒飯！這對亞洲人真是大加分！2.床上有兩張棉被，可以讓兩個人都各自獨立睡好覺、不會搶棉被！3.服務態度很好，晚上在房間煮晚餐，沒有刀跟大湯匙，可以跟一樓櫃台講，他們會到廚房拿給你，而且還會跟你說用完再拿下來即可～不用洗！真貼心👍4.離車站超近是主要優點！
缺點：沒有室內拖鞋，要特別跟櫃檯人員要，還不一定會有。2.房間內沒有衣櫥，掛鉤不夠多，還好櫃檯有新的毛巾跟浴巾，可以直接拿到櫃檯換新的，不必擔心弄髒沒浴巾，衣服也可以到一樓洗烘，但是要投幣。3.浴室熱水會過冷過熱，尤其是晚上7-9點的熱門時段，晚點洗就好一點⋯"

"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
