“I have stayed in several vacation homes in Nyack. Some were swankier, most were cleaner or better stocked, but none was more comfortable or in a better location. The neigborhood is quiet, the house has loads of privacy, and you can easily walk to anything in town. There is a short but very steep part on this walk, so bring some sneakers if walking in town is your thing. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to feel as though you LIVE in Nyack. This was my fourth stay at this house. ”

“Nice entryway, lots of room for shoes. 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms were spacious. Nice size livingroom. Need more cookware for kitchen, and would recommend fixing the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and a better foundation for the attic bed. Moving slats caused the mattress to sag, especially at the foot of the bed. We would stay again. ”

“Overall, the unit was spacious and very clean. The location was great. Close to town and our relatives. It was nice having a full kitchen to prep a few meals. There a few things that the owners could provide that would have made the stay more comfortable. Most importantly, a toaster should be pretty much standard in a rental that has a full kitchen. A couple other items that would have been nice small spoons (teaspoons), serving utensils, a couple extra place settings (dishes and utensil),……

“We had the pleasure of staying here for our daughter’s college graduation. Marlen was gracious and accommodating throughout the entire process. The home was immaculate and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed daily walks to local coffee shops, a bagel shop, and a market. Everything was perfect and we would highly recommend. ”
