“The apartment was perfect for our family of six for our stay in NY. The subway was nearby and plenty of places to grab coffee and bagels in the morning. The host was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great neighborhood. Has an easy walk to the corner store that has great bagel sandwiches. Walk to the subway line clear, making travel around NYC simple. It is summer and place has air-conditioning but only in the main area with no fans so stuffy in the bedrooms - if you have travel fans, bring it.Heads up, they changed the siding and it is light grey, no longer yellow.Also, something I forgot to look up before hand, no iron or steamer.”

“5 minute walk to subway station and a trader joes and whole foods grocery stores ”

“The place was really clean and had lots of room for our family of 5. It was a great location and we could walk to many of the New York sites. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The area is clean and peaceful. We felt comfortable walking and parking our car. Everything works well for us in terms of the space, the lights, wi-fi, and communication with the host. Peter was patient and helpful throughout our stay. I love this high ceilling apartment that we keep in our mind for our next trip to Newark. ”

“Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises.”

“I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. I think I’ve found my forever spot to stay on those trips. The host also has great communication and quick response time. If you’re looking for a place to book while visiting……

“We have stayed in New York City on a family trip for the past four years. This was the best stay yet. Set up was great and welcoming. We were late getting into town and had to meet someone for dinner. My wife forgot her toiletries bag in car and to our surprise there was a sealed toothbrush and toothpaste for our use. It was easy to get in and out! Wonderful experience. ”
